When Mother was Eleven Foot Four

Click on any picture for a larger view.

When Mother was Eleven Foot Four is a cranberry red quilted toile tote. It has a 15” opening at the top and is 19” wide and 19” long. It has 23” straps.

The beautiful Waverly fabrics and beaded trim were donated by my friend Cheryl. This is the first bag that I designed and it was fun creating it.

There is a cell pocket on the back for easy retrieval, which is accentuated with gingham trim and black cording. Inside this roomy tote there are three pockets across one side and a handy pen or sunglasses pocket on the opposite side.

The inside of the straps and the interior pockets are made of decorator fabric with rose buds.

My daughter Linda said “you could fit two fully popped microwave popcorn bags in here for the movies and still have room for licorice”. This fancy bag has a magnetic closure to keep your snacks, or whatever else you might carry, safe. [Editor's note: Actually, the editor is speechless with delight and is making inarticulate gasping sounds.]

Bid on this bag by leaving your name and a bid in the comments section. Bidding starts at $25 and increases by whole $s please. Highest bidder at 8am (PDT) on Saturday, August 9th gets the BAG! Postage extra (from Phoenix, AZ). This bag was created by Grace.
