Just Go to Bed

Just Go To Bed explains why this bag is tardy. The flap was too long and I don't know how long I spent last night trying different things to fix it... folded corners, flipped up bottom edge, buttons. Finally I decided to Just Go To Bed. I awoke with a fringing solution and scalloped stitching to show off what Julie's fancy machine is capable of.

This entire striped wonder is made on a thick cotton, almost canvas, that was donated by my friend Darla. (Yes, last week's mini-skirt donor.) The colors are a muted lime green, chartreuse, tan, gray/brown and chocolate brown. (That is not black.)

The sides of the bag were cut with the lines running horizontal, adding that chic flair when using only one fabric. The cell pocket is accented by a vertical stripe and is slightly pouched out for easy phone retrieval.

The straps are a tad longer than the usual BFZ bag, measuring 51" as tied presently. It is the perfect length for wearing diagonally over your shoulder. This is also the safest and most secure position in which to don your purse.... be safe, strap your bag to your body.

The back of the bag has two large camouflaged pockets for easy access while the bag remains closed.

Inside Just Go To Bed is paisley, art deco fabric in coordinating colors. There are two large pockets across the back with a cotton twill ribbon that reads, "100% authentic," to show that this bag was not made in China.

This bag is not heavy in weight, but because of the durability of the fabric, could hold quite a bit. With a few bricks inside and with the length of the straps, I believe this would be an effective weapon if swung around over your head a few times. :o) Safety first, girls. All that to say, Just Go To Bed is worthy of holding a laptop.

Happy Bidding and remember, Christmas is only 40 days away from the end of this auction. Be smart. Shop online at BFZ.
